We fulfil orders from our Perth, Australia warehouse and through a network of print-on-demand partners — so your order is always dispatched from the closest available location for faster delivery.

Shipping Rates

• FREE Standard Post on all orders over $150
• $7.95 Standard Post for orders under $150
• $14.95 Express Post available for all orders

All prices are in AUD. We use Australia Post for reliable delivery across Australia.

Processing Time

Ready-Made Items: Most items ship within 1-2 business days.

Custom/Personalized Items: Please allow 3-6 business days for custom printing and processing. We take care to ensure your personalized dog t-shirt is printed perfectly!

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are:

Standard Post:

• Metro areas: 3-6 business days
• Regional areas: 5-10 business days

Express Post:

• Metro areas: 1-3 business days
• Regional areas: 2-5 business days

Please note: These are Australia Post estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel is dispatched. Track your order anytime through the Australia Post website.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at info@iddogz.com and we'll be happy to provide a quote.

Important Information

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately after placing your order.

Uncollected Parcels: If your parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the post office, we'll notify you via email. You'll need to pay for shipping again to have the item re-sent. If we don't hear back from you within 14 days, the order will be forfeited.

Lost or Missing Parcels: If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, please contact us immediately. We can only investigate or reship orders if we're notified within 45 days of purchase (due to Australia Post tracking expiry).

Peak Periods: During busy seasons (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), processing and delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.
